Attractive locations

Iguazú National Park (Argentine side)

The Argentine side of the great waterfalls, with walkways and trails through subtropical forest that run above, beside and below many cascades. Wildlife such as coatis and toucans is often seen.

Devil's Throat

The largest and most powerful part of Iguazú Falls, where the river plunges into a U-shaped chasm with a roar and thick spray. A long walkway over the river leads to the viewing platform.

Iguaçu National Park (Brazilian side)

The Brazilian side of the falls, with a path that gives broad panoramic views of the many cascades across the river. A walkway reaches close to the base of the Devil's Throat.

Iguazú Falls

A huge curtain of waterfalls on the Iguazú River, split into hundreds of separate drops that straddle the border of Argentina and Brazil. Walkways and boat trips give close views of the spray.

Triple Frontier

The meeting point of the Iguazú and Paraná rivers, where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay face each other across the water. Puerto Iguazú has a riverside viewpoint and monument looking over to the other two countries.
